Just in time for Christmas – you’ll have 20 days practice, in fact, before battering your family on the day itself – as Super Smash Bros for Wii U releases December 5.
Nintendo confirmed the release date along with a couple of extra bundles that you’ll either… well, care about or not, to be fair.
The first bundle sees the game accompanied by the very first of Nintendo’s amiibo, which is, of course Mario.
The second bundle comes with the game and, brilliantly, an adapter that allows you to connect up to four Gamecube (or Wavebird, because they’re better) controllers and play the game how it should be played.
You’ll be able to get the adapter separately, as well as a special Super Smash Bros Wii U Gamecube controller, if that suits you better.
