Take-Two delayed the release of Turtle Rock FPS Evolve to 2015.
Originally due to hit shops on October 21, the game will now release on February 10, 2015. The publisher confirmed the news on Tuesday in its fiscal Q1 2015 financial results.
Take-Two President Karl Slatoff said in a conference call with investors that the game was delayed to ensure it had enough development time “and take advantage of a favorable release window”.
The delay pushes Evolve out of a month packed with releases including Alien: Isolation, Assassin’s Creed Unity and 2K’s own Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
