Bethesda have moved quickly to resolve complaints that the Fallout 4: Far Harbor DLC was running at only 15-20fps on PS4.
They have issued an announcement requesting those affected to re-download Far Habor from PSN pending the release of a patch some time in the near future. This should bump the frame-rate up to a consistent 30fps.
