Sony has announced that 2.1 million PS4s have been sold globally.
Sony Computer Entertainment boss Andrew House revealed the figure, and reiterated some of the other milestones the console has passed in individual territories.
As we previously reported, House explained Sony’s latest console sold a million units in 24 hours following its North American launch on November 15. After the console’s release in the UK on November 29, the PS4 became the country’s fastest-selling console ever, shifting 250,000 units in 48 hours.
